Mohammed Mallam
Mohammed Mallam is a part-time Cicipu language worker based in Sakaba.

He comes from the Risino village of Galadima. A secondary school graduate, he started working on the Cicipu Language Project in March 2010. His main responsibilities are setting up a language office in Sakaba and the production of language development materials. -
Markus Mallam Yabani
Markus Mallam Yabani is a student from Galadima village who has worked extensively on transcription, translation and language analysis. Together with Stuart McGill he is responsible for translating most of material found in the language resources section of this website.

Mohammed Musa
is a primary school teacher from Maburya (Ukula) in the Tikula dialect area of Cicipu. As well as working with Stuart McGill and Israel Wade on the transcription and translation of texts, he has arranged several recording sessions with Kula elders, and is active in promoting the use of the language.

Israel Wade
is an MA student at the Theological College of Northern Nigeria in Jos, northern Nigeria. He is currently doing linguistic fieldwork on Cicipu, again in Galadima village.

Stuart McGill
is a Postdoctoral researcher at the Hans Rausing Endangered Languages Academic Programme at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London. He is researching Cicipu and other West Kainji languages and makes regular field trips to Nigeria.
