Cicipu language keyboards

Two keyboards are available, one based on an UK-English layout and the other on a US-English layout. These keyboards were created using Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator to make it easier to type the special characters used in the Cicipu orthography (implosives, nasal vowels, and accented vowels). These keyboards will work on Windows 2000 or later.
